Recycled beer caps are aseptically cleaned while the underside seal is removed. Each cap is hand cut with metal shears and bent to fit a particular pen style. The caps are then individually glued onto the pen tubes and the assemblies are then coated with a three step non-yellowing acrylic assuring maximum protection for your Beer Cap pen. .
