A: We highly
recommend a sturdy box and plenty of packing
material. Oh, don't forget to empty the

Q: How will I know my Fountain
Pens arrived safely?
A: When your
Fountain Pens are received, you will receive an email
confirmation with our current turnaround time and
other expedited turnaround options. For
standard repairs and restorations we typically do
not provide an estimate however, if you request an
estimate we will be happy to provide one. |

Q: How do I pay
for services? Do I need to pre-pay?
A: You do not need to pre-pay. Once Repair /
Restoration Services
are completed, we email a PDF invoice. You
have the option to render payment via PayPal,
Check, or Money Order. |

Monday - Wednesday - Friday via USPS Priority with
Deliver Confirmation. Domestic $8,
International $14. Insurance is optional to the
client. We will not
be liable for uninsured packages |

Q: Do you stand
behind the pens you sell and repair?
A: Absolutely! We stand behind everything we service
and list on the store as restored for a period of one year from invoice date this includes all restoration work, and any parts used to affect the repair (if applicable) |

the necessary corrections and return the pen at our
expense. |

| What is not
covered? |

Fountain Pens that have been damaged by
the user or any damage not related to the repairs
performed or any subsequent repair attempt or
disassembly by anyone
other than Pentiques.com are exempt from the above
stated warranty. |
