| We stand behind everything we service and list on the store as restored for a period of one year from invoice date this includes all restoration work, and any parts used to affect the repair (if applicable) We will make the necessary corrections and return the pen at our expense. |
| Fountain Pens that have been damaged by the user or any damage not related to the repairs performed or any subsequent repair attempt or disassembly by anyone other than Pentiques.com are exempt from the above stated warranty. |
